It is hilarious. The Hebrew section of Haaretz (but not the English section) published a long story about Egyptian clownish playwright, `Ali Salem (he was only famous for the clownish play, Madrasat Al-Mushagibin, which he had plagiarized and rendered into Egyptian dialect). Haaretz, typical of Israeli media, is keen on exaggeration the influence and significance of this guy, most Arabs don't even know who he is especially that his TV appearances are rather comical in incompetence and lack of eloquence (and he never dares calls for normalization with Israel in Arabic--he leaves that for appearances in the US and for interviews with Western journalists). So Haaretz talked about his many "works" and said that he writes for "important" newspapers, and named Al-Hayat (the mouthpiece of Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Bribes) and Ash-Sharq Al-Awsat (the mouthpiece of Prince Salman).
